Step 1: Registration

+ Visit the official website of Gujarat State NEET UG Counselling (click here).

+ Click on the registration link.

+ Fill in your details, including your name, contact details and NEET UG details.

+ Check the correctness of the information.

+ Submit the registration form.

2. Registration Fee Payment:

+ Candidates must pay a registration fee, which consists of a non-refundable fee and a refundable security deposit.

+ Payment is usually made online through net banking, debit card or credit card.

Step 3: Document Verification

+ After registration, you will get a notification about document verification.

+ Complete the document verification process

Documents required for the verification process:

+ NEET UG Admit Card and Rank Card

+ Class 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates

+ Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, etc.)

+ Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable)

+ Domicile Certificate

+ Passport-size photographs

Step 4: Choice Filling

+ After successful document verification, you will receive a login ID and password.

+ Log in to the counselling portal.

+ Choose the college and course as per your preference.

+ Priorities your choices carefully.

+ Save and lock your choices before the deadline.

Step 5: Seat Allotment

+ The counselling authority ACPUGMEC will conduct the seat allotment process based on your college preference and NEET-UG rank.

+ Check the seat allotment result on the official website using your login credentials.

+ If not get any seat, you can participate in the next round of counselling.

Step 6: Reporting at the Allotted College

+ If you accept the allotted seat, you must report to the allotted college within the stipulated time limit.

+ Pay the required admission fee and complete the admission formalities.

Upgradation (Optional): If any candidate wants to upgrade his/her seat in the upcoming rounds, then he/she can participate in the upgradation process.
