Gujarat NEET UG Counselling is conducted by the Admission
Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Council (ACPUGMEC) for
Medical, Dental, BHMS and BAMS Courses. To participate in Gujarat NEET UG
counselling, candidates need to fill out the online application form by
visiting the official website of the conducting authority, https://www.medadmgujarat.org/.
The registration for the counselling process has started and will continue till July 18, 2025. The official website for registration is www.medadmgujarat.org. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) scores will be used for NEET UG counselling. Only those who qualify for NEET UG 2025 will be able to participate in the counselling process. Gujarat State NEET UG counselling will be conducted for admission to 85% state quota seats in MBBS and BDS courses run by state medical colleges.

Gujarat State NEET UG Counselling Process:
The Gujarat state NEET UG counselling process includes registration, fee payment, document verification, choice filling, and seat allotment. Candidates will have to register online, pay the required fee, and get their documents verified at the designated centres. After this, they will have to fill in their preferred college and course choices, and seat allotment will be done based on merit. Finally, candidates will report to their allotted college for confirmation of admission.

and NEET UG details. + Check the correctness of the information. + Submit the registration form. 2. Registration Fee
Payment: + Candidates must pay a registration fee, which consists of a
non-refundable fee and a refundable security deposit.
+ Payment is usually made online through net banking, debit
card or credit card. Step 3: Document Verification + After registration, you will get a notification about
document verification. + Complete the document verification process Documents required for the verification process: + NEET UG Admit Card and Rank Card + Class 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates + Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, etc.) + Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable) + Domicile Certificate

Filling + After successful document verification, you will receive a
login ID and password. + Log in to the counselling portal. + Choose the college and course as per your preference. + Priorities your choices carefully. + Save and lock your choices before the deadline. Step 5: Seat Allotment + The counselling authority ACPUGMEC will conduct the seat
allotment process based on your college preference and NEET-UG rank. + Check the seat allotment result on the official website
using your login credentials. + If not get any seat, you can participate in the next round of counselling. Step 6: Reporting at the Allotted College + If you accept the allotted seat, you must report to the allotted
college within the stipulated time limit. + Pay the required admission fee and complete the admission formalities. Upgradation (Optional): If any candidate wants to upgrade
his/her seat in the upcoming rounds, then he/she can participate in the
upgradation process. |
