MBA Applications Deadlines: Admission to management programs is done based on the percentage of marks in national or state-level MBA entrance exams. MBA aspirants who have completed a bachelor’s degree in Science, Commerce, Literature, BBA, BCA, Engineering or any other from an approved university can apply for MBA courses offered by 21 IIMs, 8 IITs and other All India Institute of Technical Education (AICTE) Approved Colleges, Private and Public Universities in India.

MBA Admission is a two-step process that is commonly used. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of MBA entrance exam scores are only eligible to participate in the WAT, GD or interview round. Note: MICA Ahmedabad, IMI New Delhi, IMT Ghaziabad, TAPMI, BIMTECH Admission Process 2026 through CAT and XAT Score. Similarly, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), SCMHRD Pune and all other Symbiosis colleges will also accept only SNAP 2025 scores for MBA admission 2026.

Several IITs provide MBA admissions for the year 2026,  based on the CAT cut-off marks decided by each IIT. The average fees for an MBA program at these IITs range from approximately Rs 3 lakh to Rs 14 lakh.
