NEET UG 2025 Counselling: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced the
timetable for the NEET UG 2025 counselling process on its official website,
mcc.nic.in. According to the timetable, students who have successfully cleared
the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for undergraduate studies
this year will have the opportunity to register for the counselling process
starting from July 21, 2025.
The registration process will start on the official website of MCC - mcc.nic.in. The MCC NEET UG 2025 counselling process for 15% all India Quota is conducted in four rounds. If any seats are left vacant after the fourth round of counselling, MCC will arrange a special vacancy round for the candidates. Once the counselling procedure start, candidates have to submit their applications for NEET UG 2025 counselling at mcc.nic.in.
MCC NEET UG counselling 2025 will be conducted for the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats for MBBS, BDS and B.Sc Nursing courses. MCC NEET UG counselling will be an online process till seat allotment, after which shortlisted candidates will have to report to their allotted medical colleges to confirm admission.
The medical counselling committee will conduct NEET UG 2025 counselling for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. Counselling for the remaining 85% of medical seats will be conducted by the state counselling authorities. The MCC NEET UG counselling will be conducted in online mode only. There will be around four rounds of counselling, and the number of vacant seats.
MCC NEET UG counselling is conducted for the following seats:
+ 15 per cent All India quota seats of (MBBS and BDS courses),
states (participation of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir is subject to
their contribution of seats),
+ 100 per cent MBBS and BDS course seats of BHU
+ 100 per cent MBBS seats of AIIMS across India
+ 100 per cent seats of JIPMER (Puducherry and Karaikal campus),
+ 100 per cent seats of AMU
+ 85 per cent of state quota seats of DU and IP University
(VMMC/ABVIMS/ESIC Dental), 100 per cent seats of Faculty of Dental Medicine
(Jamia Millia Islamia) and 5 per cent internal quota of Jamia students
+ 15 per cent IP quota seats of ESIC.
Last year, counselling was conducted in two rounds, followed
by a stray vacancy round and a special stray vacancy round.

MCC NEET Counselling 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
+ To participate in the MCC NEET UG 2025 counselling process,
candidates must fulfil the following eligibility requirements:
+ They must have cleared the National Eligibility cum Entrance
Test Undergraduate (NEET UG)
+ They must be at least 17 years of age as of December 17,
2025
+ Candidates are required to have registered on the official
MCC website.
+ All applicants, including those from the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, are eligible to take part in the counselling process for All India Quota (AIQ) seats and deemed universities seats.
