University Business School (UBS), Chandigarh is a public management college affiliated with Panjab University and established in 1995.  Formerly known as the Department of Commerce and Business Management, UBS Chandigarh is now one of the top management colleges in the country. UBS Chandigarh offers Full-Time MBA (General, Human Resources and International Business), MBA for Entrepreneurship and Executive MBA and M.Com.

University Business School Chandigarh is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under the Special Assistance Program (SAP) for the following core areas, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Accounting and Business Finance-Social Responsibility and Human Resource Accounting (HRA), Investment decision making and innovative financing (with special reference to corporate social responsibility) and HRA. The school also offers scholarships to meritorious students based on merit and need.

UBS Chandigarh, Panjab University offers a 2-year full-time residential MBA program as its flagship programme. Admission to the MBA course is admission based and the application form for admission can be filled by visiting the website of UBS Chandigarh. For MBA, UBS Chandigarh accepts CAT scores. Final MBA admission at UBS Chandigarh will be based on personal interview.

UBS Chandigarh consistently achieves commendable placement records every year. The placement drive for the year 2023 has been concluded by the institute. The highest salary increased by 10.22% to Rs 58.48 LPA. Students received an average salary of 13.72 LPA which increased by 35.2% compared to last year. Of the 115 students who participated, 105 got placements. More than 55 recruiters participated in the placement drive. Prominent recruiters include American Express, Dabur, Adani Group, Korn Ferry, Tolaram , Trident etc.
