Amity University Gurugram is a private university established in 2010 by Amity Education Group. Amity University Gurugram is a part of the Amity Group which has campuses in India and abroad. Amity University Gurgaon is accredited by NAAC with "A+" grade with. The university is approved by UGC and AICTE and holds membership of AIU. Amity University Gurugram has membership of the Association of Indian Universities.

The university, through 16 study schools and colleges, offers UG, PG, PhD and other courses to students in engineering, management, law, design and other streams. Spread over 110 acres, the Amity University Gurgaon campus offers a spacious environment for students. It is the only university in India and the second in Asia to be awarded LEED (USA) Platinum certification.

According to NIRF Rankings 2023, Amity University Gurgaon has been ranked 94th overall, 81st in Management, 99th in Engineering and 23rd in Law.
